Reviews

Review Policy

Snap Israel reviews should describe a genuine first-hand experience and help readers make an informed choice; reviews must not be bought, fabricated or used for harassment.

A listing is not itself a review. Ratings are calculated only from genuine published reviews that contain a valid rating.

Who may post

People may review a business when they have a genuine, relevant experience with it. Business owners, employees, competitors and people offered an undisclosed incentive should not pose as independent customers.

What is not allowed

  • Fabricated experiences, coordinated rating manipulation or duplicate reviews.
  • Payment or gifts offered in exchange for a particular rating.
  • Threats, harassment, hate, impersonation or irrelevant personal information.
  • Allegations presented as fact without a reasonable basis.
  • Promotional copy submitted as a customer review.

Moderation and business responses

Submissions may be held, removed or edited for formatting, privacy, abuse or policy reasons. We do not remove a review merely because it is negative. Businesses may provide evidence, request a factual correction and, where available, respond publicly.

Ratings and structured data

Snap Israel displays and marks up a rating only when qualifying published reviews exist. An empty rating, a directory description or an owner-written testimonial is not represented as an independent review.

Report a review

Use the contact page and include the review URL, the policy concern and any supporting evidence. We may preserve moderation records even if public content is removed.
