These terms govern use of Snap Israel, including directory searches, accounts, business listings, reviews, deals, events and submissions.
By using Snap Israel or submitting content, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide information you are authorised to publish.
About the service
Snap Israel is an independently operated directory published under the Snap Israel name. It helps users discover and contact third-party businesses and services in Israel. Unless expressly stated, Snap Israel does not provide, control or guarantee the listed business’s goods or services.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for your account security and activity. Listing, review, image, deal and event submissions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, relevant and free of private information you are not authorised to publish. You grant Snap Israel a non-exclusive licence to host, format, display and distribute submitted content for operating and promoting the directory.
Business-owner responsibilities
Owners must keep listing details current, make only supportable claims, honour published offers according to their disclosed conditions, and comply with applicable consumer, advertising, privacy, licensing and professional rules. Claiming or verification does not transfer responsibility for the business information to Snap Israel.
Reviews and moderation
Reviews must follow the Review Policy. We may hold, edit for formatting or privacy, reject, suspend or remove content or accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, unlawful, misleading, duplicated, insecure or inconsistent with site policies.
Paid services and advertising
Any price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms presented at purchase apply to that service. Paid placement or advertising does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, rankings or favourable editorial coverage and should be labelled where displayed.
External services and accuracy
Maps, directions, websites, advertisements and contact links may lead to third parties. Directory information can change and may contain errors. Confirm addresses, availability, qualifications, prices and opening hours directly before travelling, purchasing or relying on a listing.
Availability and liability
The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Snap Israel disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or dealings with a listed third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, suspension and governing law
We may change the service or these terms, and may suspend access needed to protect users, the site or legal rights. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
