Cassis is a coastal restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine along a beautiful beach which combines old world Jaffa with modern style. Scenic views of the turquoise ocean and a natural reef extending beyond the waves give way to stunning sunsets. The restaurant’s design of white and turquoise colors create a relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy.

The open kitchen allows viewers to watch the orchestrated team creating amazing culinary dishes. The menu change’s with the seasons based on available fresh ingredients from local markets and includes meat, poultry, fish and seafood. The extensive bar offers cocktails, wines and spirits.

Executive Chef and Owner, Ayelet Perry, returned to Israel after 17 years in San Francisco, California where she owned and managed Cassis Catering, The Red Currant Restaurant and The GooseberryBox. Her passion for fine food and fresh ingredients inspire her many unique creations. The pairing of food, wine and atmosphere are her life’s pleasures. Whether entertaining a few friends or creating an elaborate wedding, her enthusiasm, attention to detail and appealing cuisine are always noticeable. We look forward to seeing you soon.
