The role
Riskified, whose AI platform protects online merchants from fraud and chargebacks, is hiring a Staff Growth Product Manager in Tel Aviv. The company is creating a new product-led growth motion to reach many more online merchants. You would operate much as a product manager at a startup does, inside a larger company: spotting an opportunity, forming a view, building something, launching it, learning from the results and improving it, without needing a big team around you.
What you will do
- Create Riskified's next product-led growth motion.
- Take work from strategy through to production.
- Learn what resellers, customers and other strategic partners need, and come up with creative solutions.
- Be responsible for your product area's roadmap, and do hands-on product management with developers and data scientists.
What you need
- 7 years of product management at a product-led company, with over 2 years on product-led growth or product-led sales in B2B or SMB SaaS.
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and technologies, and having built products hands-on.
- Growth experience covering engagement, activation and acquisition.
- Strong analysis and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Fast learning and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to handle ambiguity and build new solutions with PMs who lead other product areas.
- Experience of e-commerce, fintech and online payments.
- Proven work in the payments ecosystem with PSPs or orchestrators.
- English at mother-tongue level.
- A B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or a related subject.
Nice to have
- Fraud or Shopify experience.
