The role
The Pricing team at AppsFlyer is responsible for how the company's products are priced and packaged. As Senior Pricing Manager in Herzliya, you study how customers use the platform and what value they get from it, turn that into pricing recommendations, and build the models, tools and materials the go-to-market teams rely on. You report to the Head of Pricing. AppsFlyer is building its own pricing engine and moving its main pricing models onto it, and you will be closely involved from the first analysis through to rollout and monitoring.
What you will do
- Maintain list prices, tiers and commercial guidelines for a group of product lines.
- Study usage, discount and retention data to find where pricing and customer value have drifted apart.
- Make pricing recommendations supported by figures and business cases.
- Help develop the hybrid and usage-based models, including changes made possible by the new engine.
- Price new launches, AI products among them, from pilot to general availability.
- Specify and maintain dashboards, alerts and reports covering price realization, discounts, overages and expansion.
- Write business requirements for pricing tools, and test and deliver them with Product and Technology.
- Improve pricing processes and approval flows, with automation and AI tools where they save time.
- Produce the commercial material teams rely on: calculators, pricing guidance, approval rules, order form layouts and enablement content.
- Make sure pricing is applied correctly by partnering with RevOps, Sales, Finance and the regions.
What you need
- 3 or more years in pricing, monetization, RevOps or commercial strategy, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
- Practical experience of usage-based or hybrid pricing.
- Strong analysis skills with large datasets (SQL or similar, spreadsheets, BI tools), and the ability to build pricing models and explain them.
- Experience with data from quoting or CPQ tools, CRM, billing and product usage systems.
- A concrete example of your analysis or model leading to a change in a company's prices or packaging, including how that change was rolled out.
- Experience specifying dashboards, monitoring or pricing tools and delivering them with Product and Technology.
- A record of aligning Sales, Product and Finance while working independently on several priorities.
- A B2B SaaS background.
Nice to have
- Adtech or martech experience.
- Automating workflows or analysis with AI tools.
