The role

Forter is looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement & Sourcing in Tel Aviv to take charge of its worldwide non-payroll spending, from sourcing and negotiation to vendor onboarding, contracts, purchase orders and renewals. You sit in Finance and report to the VP Finance Operations. The job is to protect margins, make buying simple for the business, and keep spending, risk and contracts under control as the company grows, working closely with budget owners, Finance, Legal, IT and Information Security.

What you will do

Sourcing and negotiation

  • Lead competitive sourcing across software, travel, professional services and other operating costs: requirements, scorecards, RFx, bid review, negotiation and vendor choice.
  • Deliver savings and cost avoidance you can measure, tracked against budget.
  • Manage key vendors, including renewal plans, pricing, SLAs and merging overlapping tools.
  • Plan renewals early so budget owners and Finance can see what is coming.

Procure-to-pay and governance

  • Own procure-to-pay from end to end, Zip included, covering new vendors, NDAs, requisitions, renewals, approvals, POs and invoices.
  • Maintain and enforce the Procurement Policy, covering approval limits, PO exemptions, signing authority and exceptions.
  • Partner with Accounting and Accounts Payable on accruals, PO compliance, invoices and month-end close.
  • Set and report KPIs such as savings, cycle time, renewal coverage, PO compliance and spend under management.
  • Make sure purchases follow approved terms, and coordinate MSA, order form and DPA work with Legal.
  • Handle vendor due diligence and risk tiers with Information Security and IT.
  • Standardize contract terms, templates and playbooks.

Working across the company

  • Be the main procurement contact for department heads, FP&A, the CFO and the VP Finance Operations.
  • Advise on build or buy decisions, vendor choice and negotiation approach.
  • Lead training and adoption so teams follow the process as a matter of course.

Team and improvement

  • Lead and develop the procurement team, which includes a procurement analyst.
  • Use AI and automation for spend analysis, renewal tracking, contract review and intake.
  • Support the Business Applications team on NetSuite, Zip and how they connect.

What you need

  • 8 or more years in procurement, sourcing or vendor management, ideally at SaaS, fintech or fast-growing tech companies, with strong experience of indirect and software spending.
  • A record of complex negotiations and measurable savings.
  • 2 or more years of people management.
  • Hands-on use of an ERP (NetSuite preferred) and of a procure-to-pay tool such as Zip.
  • Strong working knowledge of MSAs, order forms and DPAs, and experience with Legal and InfoSec.
  • Experience of applying AI automation to procurement.
  • Excellent communication and confidence with executives and budget owners.
  • Strong analysis skills with spend data, forecasts and reports.
  • The ability to combine strategy with hands-on work in a small team.

Nice to have

  • Building or refining procurement policy at a growing company.
  • CPM, CIPS, CPSM or an equivalent certification.
  • Vendor risk and third-party security assessments.
  • Supporting a global organization with several legal entities.
