The role

Payoneer, the global financial platform for cross-border business, is hiring a Senior Data Product Manager. The job is full-time and hybrid, with the listing's location given as Herzliya. You join the Data Product & Analytics unit, the company's central team for data products, and take charge of the core data products and platform capabilities that let other teams create, manage and use data at scale. With internal data users, Data Engineering, R&D and Product, you make sure these foundations keep up with business needs and AI use cases.

What you will do

  • Own product vision, strategy and roadmap, working across data domains on reusable capabilities that scale.
  • Get involved early in design and discovery alongside Engineering, R&D and Product, so you can influence solutions and see future data needs coming.
  • Shape solutions with Engineering, balancing business needs, architecture, performance and cost.
  • Explore data yourself to investigate problems, check business logic and support product decisions.
  • Improve self-service and user experience so data is simpler to use and developers and data users are more independent.
  • Keep data products reliable and ready for AI, with clear definitions, quality expectations, documentation and managed dependencies.
  • Run initiatives from requirements and solution assessment, including build or buy decisions, through delivery and adoption.
  • Measure success through adoption, usability, efficiency gains and the effect of shared capabilities.

What you need

  • 5 or more years in data product management or similar hands-on data jobs, having owned complex data or technical products.
  • A firm grasp of data modeling, pipelines, cloud data platforms and modern data architecture.
  • Strong SQL and analysis, including hands-on exploration, profiling and validation.
  • Strong product and business sense, with the ability to challenge requirements and turn shared needs into reusable capabilities.
  • The ability to join technical and architectural discussions and work well with Engineering.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders and delivering independently.
  • Excellent communication and strong English.

Nice to have

  • Data platforms, shared data products or infrastructure used by developers.
  • BigQuery, data governance, observability, metadata or modern orchestration and transformation tools.
  • Supporting AI applications or modernizing old data platforms.
