Senior Applications & Integrations Engineer at Payoneer

The role

Payoneer, the global financial platform for cross-border business, is hiring a Senior Applications & Integrations Engineer. The job is full-time and hybrid at Glilot, with the listing's location given as Herzliya. Your group designs, develops and maintains integrations and applications used across the company. You lead solutions from design to delivery, drawing on application development, system integration, MIS platforms and AI. This job requires both English and Hebrew.

What you will do

• Build company-wide solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and similar automation tools, low-code platforms and code, following good development and project management practice.
• Bring AI into daily development and business workflows, looking for places where it can improve efficiency and automate work.
• Find business processes that are manual, repetitive or inefficient, and automate them.
• Keep applications, integrations and automated processes in production running and supported.
• Agree requirements with business stakeholders and turn them into technical solutions.
• Solve complex problems and give ongoing support.
• Work with DevOps, Cyber, Data and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

What you need

• 4 or more years of hands-on integration development in enterprise settings, preferably with Microsoft Power Platform or a similar iPaaS.
• Web services and REST APIs, plus tools for testing integrations, Postman for example.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude Code for development and workflow automation.
• Strong coding and scripting in Python, JavaScript or a similar language, with experience of integrations, automation, CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
• Enterprise systems (CRM, ERP or HRIS), plus writing SQL for relational databases such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud, preferably Azure or GCP.
• Good communication and teamwork, and the ability to handle many tasks at once.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
