Renewal Manager at Wiz

The role

Wiz, the cloud and AI security company now part of Google, is hiring a Renewal Manager in Tel Aviv. Keeping customers and growing their accounts is central to the company's strategy, and in this job you would look after renewals and upsells for more than 150 customers at any one time. This job requires both English and Hebrew.

What you will do

• Manage the renewal and upsell process across a portfolio of over 150 customers in Israel.
• Hold discovery calls to learn each customer's challenges and goals, and show how Wiz products can help.
• Handle difficult renewal conversations and win renewals against competitors and objections.
• Spot at-risk clients at least 6 months ahead of renewal, and escalate to reduce churn and contraction.
• Run quote-to-close for renewals 90 to 120 days before they are due.
• Meet or beat quarterly revenue targets for retention, growth and contract term extensions.
• Assess customer health and agree the right renewal approach with the Israel sales team, leadership and Customer Success.
• Create contract solutions with Legal and Deals Desk.
• Build relationships with channel and alliance partners and close joint opportunities with them.

What you need

• 3 or more years in a SaaS revenue team, in sales, customer success or renewals.
• A deep understanding of SaaS products and pricing models.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, Ironclad and customer success platforms.
• A hunter's approach to keeping customers and finding upsell opportunities.
• Fully professional written and spoken English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• A record of beating renewal quotas.
• Experience dealing directly with a range of customer contacts, such as CISOs, security engineers and DevOps staff.
• A strongly collaborative style that does well in an entrepreneurial setting.
