Similarweb, a digital data company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager for its dedicated Enterprise team in Tel Aviv. You would be accountable for keeping and growing existing accounts, and for getting the company's Marketing solutions adopted in core processes across the customer's business. Your manager will be the Director of Enterprise Account Management, and the working days are Monday to Friday.

While retention matters, the main goal is expansion. You will look after a group of high-value clients and be directly responsible for how much they invest with Similarweb, by finding openings to upsell and cross-sell and by building strong executive relationships. Internal teams help keep clients successful, but you run every commercial conversation and set the account strategy.

What you will do

  • Create and carry out strategic plans for each account, matched to the customer's goals and growth potential.
  • Find untapped potential across business units, regions and use cases, and lead the resulting upsell opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to increase your influence and keep the product's value tied to their changing needs.
  • Lead all commercial activity, including renewals, expansions and quarterly business reviews.
  • Show clients how the platform's capabilities translate into real ROI, using a consultative approach grounded in their business objectives.

What you need

  • 3+ years of proven commercial experience, selling or managing software or internet-based products.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a record of success in large, complex client organizations.
  • Confidence in handling objections, influencing stakeholders and resolving challenges.
  • Direct experience dealing with people at the top of the decision chain, among them executive leaders and procurement.
  • A solid understanding of how value and growth work in recurring revenue businesses.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and executive presence.
  • Deep familiarity with digital marketing and data-driven solutions.
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to build partnerships across departments.

Pay and benefits

  • Competitive compensation packages and perks.
  • Regular team outings and happy hours.
  • Career development through Career Week, personalized coaching and ongoing learning programs, including moves into other departments.
