The role
easyplant, the self-watering plant brand within consumer company Mixtiles, is hiring a Data Analyst Lead in Tel Aviv. You work directly with the General Manager, Marketing and Product, looking at the business from two sides: how people find and pick easyplant, and how they then get on with the product. Your job is to spot what matters most, draw attention to it, and help decide where to invest, what to build and how to grow.
What you will do
- Find opportunities that move the business forward, and bring them to the leadership team.
- Help set product and marketing strategy by showing clearly what drives growth.
- Test big questions through experiments, and use the results to reach decisions.
- Build tools and models that give each team a clear view of the business.
- Raise the standard of how the company uses data.
What you need
- A business partner's attitude, caring about results as much as about the analysis.
- Knowledge of marketing (acquisition, attribution, CAC and LTV) and of product (funnels, cohorts and retention).
- Strong SQL and Python, building your own tools and using AI as a normal part of your work.
- Curiosity and initiative, asking the question before anyone else does.
- The ability to make complex data clear and persuasive.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer or consumer brands.
- Advanced marketing measurement or statistical modeling.
