The role

DoiT recently acquired Attribute, and is hiring an Account Executive for strategic deals on that product. The job is on-site in Israel at the Attribute office, Carlibach St 29, Tel Aviv, and covers EMEA. You would be opening a new region from nothing, as part of an early sales team inside a company with over 4,500 customers. Deals come through partnerships with AWS, OpenAI and top private equity firms, and through DoiT's existing customers, with a strong focus on co-selling with AWS, software vendors and channel partners. You can expect to travel 10 to 15% of the time.

The product

Companies usually split cloud costs using tags, which stops working on shared clusters, shared GPUs and fast-changing AI workloads. Attribute instead uses eBPF to read runtime network and kernel signals, with no manual tagging and no code changes. It measures actual use of CPU, GPU, memory, network and AI model APIs, so customers can see the true cost to serve and their gross margin at a detailed level.

What you will do

  • Handle the whole sales cycle, from first contact to signature, and beat quota and pipeline targets across startup, digital native and enterprise accounts.
  • Build the EMEA pipeline yourself through outbound prospecting, networking and creative outreach, with the emphasis on new logos.
  • Win the first reference customers and case studies for the wider sales team.
  • Write and carry out a regional plan that identifies growth areas and untapped markets.
  • Develop close ties with partner managers and sales leaders at AWS.
  • Team up with Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers on prospects' hardest technical problems.
  • Keep Salesforce forecasts accurate and proposals of high quality.
  • Take customers through to contract and set them up for onboarding.
  • Pass customer feedback to product and marketing every week.

What you need

  • A full-cycle B2B SaaS sales record focused on new logos and on building a territory from scratch.
  • Experience selling cloud services and an understanding of consumption pricing.
  • The drive to create your own pipeline and close new business independently.
  • Experience selling to platform engineering or DevOps teams.
  • Comfort selling a product in a category that is not yet established.
  • Enough technical knowledge to talk through architecture and products on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • A real interest in FinOps and how engineering teams consume cloud, though you need not be a practitioner.
  • The ability to build influence across matrixed organizations and turn contacts into partnerships.
  • A hands-on attitude to both sales and business development.

Nice to have

  • Time at AWS or a software vendor, or in strategic partnerships.
