Cato Networks is looking for a Senior Field Operations Manager for EMEA to join its Revenue Operations team in the Tel Aviv area. The manager works alongside sales leaders and executives on pipeline analysis, forecasting, sales cadence and productivity, helping them make decisions based on data. Hands-on experience and results are what count here; a college degree is not required.
What you will do
- Act as the operational partner to sales leaders as they work toward their KPIs and business goals.
- Own pipeline analysis from first lead to closed deal, and produce bookings reports and dashboards showing trends, coverage, funnel risks and progress against targets.
- Join forecast calls with sales managers to keep the data and forecasts current, and improve forecast accuracy by flagging risks and opportunities.
- Support the sales rhythm: check-ins with managers, pipeline and forecast reviews each week, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Pull data from several sources into performance reviews, then take your conclusions and proposals to the executive team and regional VPs.
- Help regional leadership with budgets, how territories are drawn, what targets to set and how new people ramp up.
- Assess sales capacity, show where investment or management attention is needed, and advise on how to spread resources across teams.
- Analyse metrics such as pipeline generation, coverage, win and conversion rates, sales cycle length and retention, and dig into the causes of trends and bottlenecks.
- Spot early warning signs and work with sales leaders on prevention and corrective plans.
- Find practical uses for AI and automation, for example speeding up analysis, summarising forecast changes, drafting review narratives and automating repeat reports.
- Measure the time saved or the improvement in accuracy and outcomes, and write up the workflows that work so others can reuse them.
- Keep dashboards up to date, and turn complex findings into clear executive presentations that say what moved, why that is important and what to do next.
- Keep CRM and reporting data reliable, and check AI-generated analysis against the source data, using only company-approved tools and following privacy and security rules.
- Support strategic planning and regional initiatives, and track success metrics.
What you need
- 3-4 years in Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Operations, or a similar B2B role.
- Real experience using AI tools at work, and the ability to explain specific use cases, how you approached them and what came out of them.
- The ability to give AI tools clear questions and context, improve their output, verify it yourself, and recognise when human judgment or further analysis is needed.
- A drive to replace repetitive work with repeatable workflows built on AI, automation and existing systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- A good grasp of go-to-market strategy and how B2B sales work, plus basic finance.
- Solid knowledge of SaaS and sales metrics.
- Strategic, results-focused thinking about operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration, including experience with sales leaders, account executives and other teams.
- Strong skills in presenting, visualising data and telling the story to executives.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Excel, SQL and Tableau for analysis; Salesforce CRM, including building reports and dashboards and managing data quality; and Clari or a comparable forecasting tool.
Nice to have
- Experience at a SaaS or fast-growing technology company.
