Finance Operations Specialist at Similarweb

The role

Similarweb, the NYSE-listed digital intelligence company, is hiring a Finance Operations Specialist in Tel Aviv. You would be the central contact on employee incentives across Finance, Legal and HR, and also help with payroll, treasury, month-end close and compliance. The job is mostly office-based, with some days from home.

What you will do

• Act as the main contact for the finance, legal and HR sides of incentives.
• Run every part of the equity plan: new grants, vesting, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, the ESPP and employee mobility.
• Administer international payroll with outside professional firms.
• Assist with treasury and manage bank relationships.
• Carry out month-end close accounting and help with public reporting.
• Handle tax matters related to payroll and equity in the different jurisdictions.
• Make sure statutory requirements are met, and manage SOX controls.

What you need

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting or Law, or equivalent.
• Experience of equity management and administration tools.
• Experience of treasury and banking.
• In-depth knowledge of finance, legal and HR matters.
• Earlier work at high-tech companies.
• Experience of using AI tools in finance.
• Excellent English.
• Strong Excel, including work with large databases.
• A motivated, results-driven approach and good teamwork.
