Partner Delivery Engineer at Via

The role

Via, which provides the technology and services behind public transit networks in many countries, wants a Partner Delivery Engineer in Tel Aviv. You link R&D, Partner Success and Product so things keep working for transit agency partners. This is a support engineering job: you untangle difficult system escalations, improve the technology behind the service and raise partner satisfaction.

What you will do

• Lead technical investigations to find and fix complicated escalations while disturbing live transit operations as little as possible.
• Solve hard customer problems together with colleagues.
• Turn technical obstacles into concrete product improvements, together with Product, Partner Success and R&D.
• Build analytical workflows that track support trends and stop problems before they reach partners.
• Write documentation and knowledge bases that help internal teams troubleshoot for themselves.

What you need

• A bachelor's degree in a technical subject.
• 1 or more years in solutions engineering, software engineering or technical support.
• Excellent communication, including explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• A strong analytical approach to root causes, and the ability to do well in a fast, hybrid workplace.
