My philosophy is that as each person is different, so are the needs of each client, and we work together to create a greater understanding of the lives we lead. I believe that the client works together with the therapist, to form an understanding of self and self awareness.

I am a Masters Trained Social Worker, registered in Israel. My training and focus has been analytical and I use CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) to teach tools for coping and controlling anxieties.
I received my Undergraduate degree with honors, at Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida in Psychology. I then did my Masters in Social Work at Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida. My focus year was done on private practice and I worked at the inpatient facility, The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders in Coconut Creek, Florida. While my specialty has been Eating Disorders, over the years I have encompassed all issues surrounding ED, such as anxiety, depression, Body Image, Self Esteem, Trauma, Sexual and physical abused.
I maintained a thriving private in Florida, and since moving to Israel in 2008, have continued, with clients in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. I work with Anglo students in Bar Ilan, Tel Aviv University and at private Seminars for girls.
